Mike and I were married on June 2, 2012 at The Bourne Mansion. When we were searching for our venue, we immediately fell in love with The Bourne’s glamorous high ceilings, wood floors, and overall elegance.  We knew it would be the perfect venue for us!

It had been raining all day the day before our wedding and we were so nervous that our dream outdoor wedding was going to have to be moved indoors.  Luckily, when we got there, the skies were blue and our ceremony was held outside on the great lawn.  It was a beautiful setting for our wedding and really set the stage for the entire evening!

We truly loved each of our vendors and would highly recommend using any of them. Marianne from Natural Style Cosmetics did a fabulous job on each of our makeup. The photographers (Brian and Tom) from Park Ave Studio were fun and professional and took gorgeous pictures for us. Brian even drove me to The Bourne when my car didn’t show up! Regal Carriages provided a gorgeous white horse drawn carriage which was so special for us and made for fairy tale-like pictures! We also used a photo booth from Incredibooths which the guests had a blast with and we got to enjoy all of the pictures afterwards in a guest book provided by them.  We also received many compliments on our gorgeous flowers from Cristina at Bella Flowers in Huntington.  Black Forest Bakery provided us with a gorgeous and delicious cake which was loved by all!  The food was amazing and Lessing’s did a great job of bringing it all out at once.  Our DJ and MC (Ricky and Mike) from LI Sound were also wonderful and they were able to use an antique looking set so that it blended with the elegance of the Bourne.

Overall, the vendors made our day magical and we feel so lucky to have had so many wonderful people working with us!
