All I have to say is WOW! Our wedding was yesterday and I am already writing a review, this is how amazing and how much I LOVE everyone at Insignia. We had 92 guests at our wedding, along with a 10 piece live band. Mirela was our coordinator - there are not enough words to tell you how wonderful she is to work with. I always felt like I was the only bride she had (little did I know, she was busy handling 80 other weddings booked this year and you would NEVER know it). She answered all of my emails within no time at all. There was no task too small or too big for her to accomplish. During all the stress of a wedding, she helped me stay cool, calm, and collected with her professionalism and her passion for what she does. The food- outrageous. My guest went on and on and on about it. We chose the option that was $99/plate (I STILL CANNOT BELIEVE THIS PRICE FOR THE QUANTITY AND QUALITY OF THE FOOD)which gave us 8 appetizers to be served during cocktail hour, stations dinner - filet Mignon, leg of lamb, sushi platter (constantly refilled as guests ate), mashed potatoes, creamed spinach, truffle mac and cheese, and salad. Dessert was mini cheesecakes, mini doughnut bites, mini chocolate mousse pies, cookies, wedding cake, and hot chocolate shots (we requested the shots). Like I said, the food was amazing. This is high quality restaurant food - not catering food - HUGE difference. The ambiance is classy and elegant - fire places, low lighting, glass wine cellar on the second floor - pure elegance. There is a cigar lounge outside (you can buy cigars there or bring your own) that has lamp heaters in case it is cold (my guests LOVED this area). The best part is you rent out the whole restaurant so cocktail hour is the entire bar, then the dancing room is the next room over, then the dining room is after that. I LOVED having this space and type of separation. And me and my groom were treated like VIPs!! Constantly served drinks and food without even having to ask. We were late to cocktail hour because of pictures and the staff brought us a HUGE plate of all of the appetizers and set us aside to a private table to enjoy our food before heading back to the crowd. They served us plates of dinner as soon as we sat down and had our dessert plates ready at our little table for when we were ready. All of the staff were friendly and so attentive. The only thing left for me to say is, BOOK YOUR WEDDING HERE, YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!!! My guests cannot stop texting me telling me how amazing and different our wedding was.
