When the special day is over and there's nothing left but the memories, a bride will long to reminisce about the event. As a recent bride, I know. And as a recent bride, I couldn't help but get excited when I found out about a new product that combines your wedding album with your video. This very unique and convenient product is called a Tablum. Now it's possible to share your photos and video all in one shot. Like their motto says, Tablums are changing the way people view their memories!
Tablums Aims To Change The Way People Experience Memories
The Tablum was created by entrepreneur and owner Ed Sikorski who was born in New Hyde Park and resides in Roslyn Heights, New York. Ed said that the idea of the Tablum originated from another idea he had where he would embed a tablet into a gift box and people could send messages and well wishes to family who lived out of town. That idea later led to another idea when Ed sold one of his buildings to a company that made event albums, which evolved into a special event album we now know as the Tablum!
The Tablum combines High Definition video with a traditional photo album. They come in a variety of sizes, shapes and tablet choices. The tablets you can choose from are the iPad3 and up, iPad mini, Microsoft Surface RT, and Kindle Fire HD which can be purchased through Ed or provided by the buyer. The placement of the tablet, which is held in the album magnetically, is also up to you, giving you choices of placing it on the cover of the album, inside the cover of the album, or inside the back cover of the album. The Tablum also comes with an acrylic cameo picture which replaces the spot of the tablet if it is removed.
The Tablum makes your photo album come alive as friends and family are able to view your video and photographs all in the convenience of your special album. Viewers can watch the video in its entirety or in segments simply by using a descriptive icon. Another feature of the Tablum is the ability to view photographs that didn't make it into the album. They are able to be viewed as a slideshow to the song of your choice.
And Tablum's aren't just for weddings. They can also be used for Sweet Sixteen's, Bar/Bat Mitzvahs, Graduations and other special events. Tablum's can also be used to preserve someone's "legacy" for people such as athletes, actors, politicians, doctors, and corporate executives. Ed used an example of an actor, saying that they could include pictures throughout their career along with videos and passed down for generations to see.
Tablums is fully patented and made in the USA. They have been mentioned locally on Z100 and Newsday, and in wedding publications like liwedding.com and The Knot. Want to check out a Tablum? Visit the show room in Mineola at 131 Liberty Avenue or on the web at tablums.com.
Next time you're planning a special event don't forget to make the most of your memories with Tablums!
