Sooo amidst all the past and current issues that went on during the best day of my life AKA my wedding day Bella North Shore Flowers was the best vendor decision I made and I can not leave my best vendor hanging and not give her the recognition she deserves.
Cristina contacted me via LIW Forum Mail as I was trying to decide if a particular vendor was the right decision for me. I sat with her and went over our budget and she was the only vendor who stayed within our budget and offered us everything we wanted. I had a large BP of 23 people so it was very hard to try to stay low in price range. Every florist I went to suggested that my girls hold 3 long stem roses or lilies to save on cost. Deep down inside I knew that was not what I wanted. Cristina's boo-k prices were reasonable, she provided tulle and flowers for the church which was another area other vendors said I could cut and save money on. She provided beautiful reception flowers, boutonnieres (sp?)and corsages for the parents. She listened to our opinions and helped us stay in our range w/o cutting out on the important range. Too often vendors tried to make you think they are helping by saying 'well if you want this price then you need to cut out this this and that'. Cristina never did that.
The day of my wedding I was ecstatic over the flowers! They were more beautiful then I had envisioned and the guests would not stop talking about them. They loved them so much my neither me or any of the parents went home with a centerpiece because the guests left with them. Luckily we still had the alter flowers.
The colors were perfect for my summer wedding and I did not have to go crazy and use exotic flowers to give my wedding the Caribbean feel I wanted.
I am so happy I chose Cristina. She was attentive and always responsive. Even through her pregnancy she stayed on top of her work and was always a phone call or email away. DH still thinks it's ridiculous to spend soo much money for flowers that will eventually die but I feel so confident I made the best choice. For a wedding of 200+ ppl, a 23 person bridal party I think we did pretty good! I hope to use Cristina for future weddings in my family or even for other special events.
FM me if you want specific info or pricing. She is a LIW vendor and you will not regret using her. I am so happy with my decision and she truly was major part of making my day special!
I attached pics but they don't even compare to how they looked in person.
Pics are in my album, too large to post here.
