Giving Back and Being in touch

Hi Everyone,
..hope things are going great for you.
Capriccio Ensemble has participated this month on a Charity Event by 'Housing Works' in NYC.
Many beautiful designer gowns were donated to Housing Works to be sold at discounted prices to brides to be.
We performed as a backdrop to this wonderful event the proceeds of which will benefit people with Aids and homeless people in NYC.
It was a very well run event and we would participate in a heart beat again if asked
We were contacted to participate by our friend and colleague who also advertises here, Elaine DeLuca of 'Exquisite Events New York' who also helped out with and participated at this event.
On a sad note one of our violinists mother's just passed away and we will be keeping her and her family in our thoughts and prayers.
My own hubby underwent major surgery for a bout with cancer, this month and he (the 'Iron Man' that he is tee hee) is recovering beautifully from this for which I am so grateful and thankful.
