As in any industry, we compete with those who try to hype their product as new and exciting...and cheap. While we understand the pressures of the economy, cheap doesn't translate into good or tasty.
If you've decided on an edible favor, then you've got to go with the most amazing taste sensation. That's not buying bulk truffles/chocolate that can sit on a shelf for a couple of years and still be 'edible.' For just a bit more money, you can get truffles and chocolate that's created just for your wedding...all made the week before!
If you haven't tasted pure chocolate, then you don't know what I'm talking about. But, for those who have, you'll never go back to anything 'store' bought.
