1. PUSH-UPS: Tones chest and melts away 'bra pudge'
If you're new to this you can start out on your knee. Arms are wide under your shoulders, knees are under your hips. Simply bend your elbows bring your chest towards the floor, then straighten your arms. Begin with 5 reps and work up to 20 reps
2.TRICEPS CHAIR DIPS: Tones triceps and removes the 'jiggle' from the back of your arms
Sit at the edge of a stable chair. Walk your feet a few inches away from the chair. Bend your elbows bring your butt towards the floor. Straighten back up. Start with 5 reps and work up to 20 reps
3. AIR-BOXING: Tones entire upper body, waist and burns tons of calories
NO GLOVES NEEDED! Take a wide stance rock back on forth on your toes. Make a fist and punch reaching across the body. Start with 30 seconds and work your way up to 5 minutes.
