If your ideal workout involves instruction by a highly trained fitness professional coupled with the camaraderie of training in a team environment, our Athletic Performance Center offers several options for you. We also offer private and semi-private training for our adult clients.

When 5 or more of your bridesmaids or family members sign up, the group can train together and the Bride trains for FREE!
Plus, a 25% discount for groups that schedule sessions that begin before noon, Monday through Friday.
