A beautiful Love Story

Today I am not going to write about the fantastic wedding I was 'DOC' for in Montauk over the weekend. The story here is the Bride and Groom and their families.
Many years ago two boys met in Montauk on the beach. They discovered that they both came from the same town in Nassau county (Both their parents had a summer home in Montauk) both families loved to surf,and the friendship became a life bond.
As the boys grew into Men, they finished highschool, went to college and both became lawyers. One man moved to California to raise his family and the other settled in Babylon NY.
The friendship remained strong as the children grew up and surfed together on the shores of Ditch Plains, Montauk.
Corey is the son of the California family, and Kristin is the daughter of the Babylon Family.
The story was told by Kristin's father that about six years ago his wife and daughter Cassey greeted him at the door with huge smiles on their face. They were excited to tell him that their daughter Kristin is seeing someone special. So tell me more he replied. You will never quess! Who? You will never guess! ?&% Who? Corey. OK Corey who! Our Corey! ?????
Yes the two children of the best friends grew up fell in love and had a beautiful wedding Saturday, September 18, 2010.
Now if you count back the surfer generations from the grandparents, who originally bought the house, to the bridal couple that would make three generations of surfers. Yes the grandparents who originally built the houses in Montauk were surfers also.
