1. Tell us about Nisen Sushi and the inspiration behind the company.

The inspiration behind Nisen Sushi is to offer guests a unique eating experience of Japanese fusion.  The combination of the delicate Japanese flavors and modern American twist excite each new customer and keep returning customer coming back for more.


2. Do you have a company motto/philosophy, and if so what is it?

The philosophy behind Nisen Sushi is to always provide the customer with the freshest and highest quality fish on Long Island.  We are a modern restaurant that has embraced the upscale eating environment, yet we continue to maintain our roots in creating fresh and unique flavors with sushi.


3.  If you met a bride or groom to be and had one minute to tell them why they should use your company, what would you say?

Using Nisen Sushi for your wedding event is the easiest way to make your special occasion stand out.  Our LED sushi station creates the perfect party vibe and looks as unique as it does sophisticated.  Expert sushi chefs and bartenders help create a high end presentation of food and cocktails that taste just as good as they look.  Also, the bride and groom will have exclusive pre wedding meetings with myself in order to create the perfect tailor-made, guest friendly menu for their event.

When customers choose Nisen to do their catered event, we do everything we can to provide exactly what the venue and guests need.  We provide our own knowledgeable wait staff and bartenders who are hospitable in any venue space.  Unlike other restaurants, Nisen’s acute attention for detail ensures that every customer’s wishes are catered to; from color themes, to flowers, to DJ’s, we take care of every aspect of the event.   Along with creating a sophisticated environment, Nisen always provides the freshest sushi and combines unique flavors that wow guests.
