Before I got engaged, I have to sadly say, I had never heard of the Inn, when time came to look at venues, my now husbands father recommended we take a look at this place. It was the first place we ever looked at, and I can honestly say, as soon as we walked into this place, I knew it was the one. I didn't have to get past the lobby, to know it. It was so beautiful, and different from other venue I had seen from attending other weddings. Not one place that we looked at after them could compare or even come close to being as beautiful, or being good enough. I compared every place to them. But I knew, that this is where I wanted to get married, never a doubt. The people we so fantastic, and catered to our every need, and concern. I can't tell you how many people said that it was the BEST wedding they have gone to, and how GORGEOUS the Inn was, and how FANTASTIC the food was. I feel so lucky to have had my wedding there, and I would recommend them to ANYONE!!

I cannot express enough how amazing the staff at the Inn at New Hyde Park were during our wedding!! Top notch attention to detail (things I didn't even THINK of, like moving the guestbook from the cocktail hour area to the outside the reception area, constantly folding the napkins whenever a guest got up, making sure we ate and drank throughout the night and keeping us well-stocked with fresh drinks, finding my flats without me even asking when I couldn't take my high-heals anymore), the professionalism and flexibility were through the roof. If I could get them higher scores, honestly I would. I'm wracking my brain to come up with one thing that wasn't perfect that night and coming up empty, thank you so much to everyone at the Inn at New Hyde Park (particularly Frank, Angel and Mary!)!

I have so many great things to say about the Inn, I don't even know where to begin! First, let me say that the people who work here are great...I dealt mostly with Frank and Janine but everyone that we came across was professional and helpful. The venue itself is beautiful and grandeur but very classic. The food was excellent and many, many guests were raving about it. The service was awesome! We had two bridal attendants and a maitre'd who ran the whole show and were responsive to all of our needs. I have heard some brides complain that their maitre'd was very pushy and in their face but mine was completely opposite. It was like they had a sixth sense of when they were needed and left us alone to enjoy our wedding the rest of the time. Janine was fantastic with answering all my emails about minute details and they even made sure to have certain beers we wanted available at the reception. The Inn is truly the best venue I have come across in the area and I have been to quite a few weddings in the area. I really hope someone I know will get married here so that I can attend another wedding (as a guest this time!). Thank you so much to Frank, Janine, and the whole Inn family!

From the moment my groom and I walked through the door, they treated us like royalty. The entire venue was ours, and they made it known. The food was exceptional; my bridal attendants were fabulous; the maitre d was attentive and always professional. The cocktail hour was a half an hour longer than most other venues and the space provided was large enough to accommodate all our guests, which was apx 211 people. the Viennese hour was to die for. All our guests were coming up to us and telling us that our wedding was the best wedding they have ever been to. The price was great, especially when compared to the other venues we priced and toured, who offered less amenities and services for the same or greater price. Please check them out.... They are truly wonderful!!!

I heard about the Inn through a coworker who came here for a bridal shower. She was telling me how beautiful it is inside and how good the food was. I went to quite a few places for my wedding location search but none of them impressed me like the Inn! The garden area was the most ideal setting for my ceremony. The Tuscan Room is so unique for cocktail hour and the Georgian ballroom is spacious and well decorated for reception! The bridal suite was also perfect for my wedding party to get ready and relax in. From the day I met Janine, the banquet manager, to my wedding day, I felt well attended to. She worked to accommodate my needs as much as she could and within reason. Barbara helped get me organized for my final drop off. They were both so patient, responsive and helped calm my wedding nerves! Everyone I met or spoke to at the Inn was pleasant and professional. This level of service did not stop the day of my drop off. My wedding was absolutely unforgettable and I was so happy with how it turned out. My maitre'd, Melvin, and two bridal attendants, Lisa and Lily, were absolutely amazing! They kept me on time, informed of any potential snags, made sure I felt comfortable and attended to my bridal party and my needs. I could not have asked for better service! Not a single guest complained about service. It's been over a month since my wedding and I keep getting positive comments about it. My guests had a lot of fun, enjoyed the food/service, and absolutely loved the Inn. The Inn may be a tad on the pricier side, but I truly feel that it was money well spent (which is why I gave them 5 stars). I have no regrets about choosing them. It's a once in a lifetime moment, so you need to put your wedding in the right hands!
