5 stars is not enough for Giorgios! They are a TOP-NOTCH Venue, and everything from top to bottom is absolute perfection! From the moment I walked in to Giorgios, the morning of my wedding, Melissa (bridal attendant) and Brian (maitre-d) were attentive, and did everything in their power to make sure the day went as smooth as possible, which of course it did! Guests were served champagne and strawberries upon arrival and escorted to my outdoor ceremony! Which was beautiful even in March ( thank you Brian!!!) The hour and a half cocktail hour was unbelievable, and the staff was just fantastic! Giorgios obviously hires the best in the business. There are no words for how beautiful my reception was. Brian and Melissa and the rest of the amazing staff, were on top of everything and made the day simply perfect! Dinner was amazing and guests were even offered seconds to try another meal...everyone loved that!! The viennesse hour was to die for. Simply put...Giorgios is THE BEST! Thank you from the bottom of my heart George Jr, Brian, Melissa, Nick and the rest of the fantastic Staff for making my dream wedding happen!! Krystal and Robert Vilardi :)

Our wedding at Giorgio's was an absolute dream come true and more! The venue and grounds are so beautiful and meticulously kept...our pictures there were breathtaking! And no one could stop talking about how good the food was and how much of it there was! The service was also incredible. You can tell that they have been doing this for a long time and have perfected it. Every single person working there truly made sure that everyone had a fantastic time and had what they needed and wanted at all times. George Jr. and Holly were so helpful and cooperative throughout the entire planning process. And the bridal attendant, Melissa, was a lifesaver. She is there exactly when you need her and makes sure you (and your guests) are taken care of all night long. Everything was absolutely perfect. Giorgio's doesn't make you feel like you are walking into a catering hall. They make you feel like you are walking into their home. Look. No. Further.

As luck would have it, the best wedding I ever went to was my wedding on 9/14/2013 at Giorgios. I gave them 5 stars, though they deserve more. I'll go through step by step and explain why I feel this was the best experience ever for a wedding. 1) Booking. You probably have to book them way out in advance. We had to book 18 months in advance for a September wedding, meaning in February 2012, most of the dates we wanted for the wedding were booked for the next summer. They do like 400 weddings a year. 2) Cost. I did a Saturday evening during prime wedding months, so it does cost an appendage or two. If you don't want the date, or have problems with the cost, there are 10 people coming in next week that will pay that price at that date. You need to bring your wallet for a Saturday night event. The good news is that you get what you pay for, an unbelievable experience. We had a minimum of 150, and turns out only 125 people liked us enough to come. We still had to pay for the 150 people, but they were really good about working with us for some other things. 3) Grounds. We got married outside in the garden. I sprung for a string trio to play during the ceremony and cocktail hour. It was probably the nicest day of the year. 72 degrees, clear skies, and an absolutely BEAUTIFUL outside area. You really don't need flowers too much for this, which cuts down on some costs. Tons of flowers out there already. 4) Location. I am from PA and my bride was from NY, so most of my guests came from out of town. We had them stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in Riverhead, and they were able to take a shuttle back and forth from the event in a 12 minute trip. 5) Location part deux. We initially wanted a beach wedding, but there are like 3 venues on all of LI that do this. One required a $10,000 site fee before anything else on top of it. So, Giorgio's is like a 5 min golf cart ride to the LI sound on the beach. The second my wedding ended, we got whisked off to the beach by our photographer (lighthouse, what a tremendous group as well!!) and had probably the best sky of the entire year at 6:55 behind us. Pink and orange in the clouds behind us at sunset. This made for the best wedding pics I think ever!!! Giorgio's location made this awesome. 6) Uplighting. They have a state of the art uplighting system already installed, so no need to pay hundreds or thousands of dollars for your DJ to setup this. 7) Food. Everyone raved about the food. EVERYONE. The food was spectacular, and my family from PA was blown away by a NY wedding. The cocktail hour is 90 mins, then dinner is served rather late to let some food set. Then they came around after dinner and asked if anyone wanted seconds. 8) Service. So my mom and stepdad didn't have to even get drinks all night, someone was almost by their side every 10-12 mins asking them if they wanted more drinks. Someone from my bride's side requested some stuffed shells and Giorgio's made them up a plate to take home. It felt like white glove service the entire evening for everyone. 9) Attendant. I had no idea what a bridal attendant was until that evening. Dear god she made our lives easy. Her name was Melissa, and without her, I don't think we could have made it through the night. She was amazing, and did everything in her power to make us feel relaxed and taken care of. The only downside is I think I felt before the wedding like I was simply spending a lot of money and no one really noticed our wedding was coming up. Meaning, I felt like there would be a lot more contact before the event. Don't stress if you feel like this. Trust me, the entire focus is on you when the clock starts, and WOW it was worth it. The maitre'd Bryan had everything running like a well-oiled machine, he was also tremendous. No real bad things to say.
