We at Tran-Star Executive offer a broad range of services such as late model vehicles, as well as specialty vehicles, driven by professionally trained chauffeurs conforming to National Safety Council guidelines. What are some of the specialty cars you have on your lot?

We have many types of vehicles to make your special day even more memorable without breaking the bank. Our vehicles are inspected daily. During the inspection process, we make sure our vehicles are impeccably maintained and running in top condition. We take every step to ensure the vehicle is safe, clean, mechanically sound and exactly how we promised you it would be. We maintain all vehicles in our own state of the art service facility. All are mechanics are Ford certified master technicians. We have Black Lincoln Town Car “L” series sedans for guests, 6, 8, and 10 passenger black Lincoln stretch Limousines, 10-passenger white stretch limousines, 20-passenger white Yukon Denali, White Silver Cloud Rolls Royce, Black 30-passenger Limo Buses, Black 32-passenger Shuttle Buses and Black 14-passenger Vans.

How many limos are standard to a typical wedding?

Every wedding is unique to the individuals that are having the affair. Generally, the couple will meet with one of our experienced wedding consultants who will ask you a few basic questions to understand what you are looking for. This will include the amount of people in your bridal party, transportation for parents, transportation for guests, what vehicle types you like and more importantly, your budget. We will take all these factors and more to develop a custom package that will work for you on your special day.

What amenities come with each limo?

Every limousine in the Tran-Star fleet offers a tuxedoed chauffeur, champagne toast, red runner for outside of the vehicle, a white runner for inside your ceremony location (if your ceremony location allows), as well as soft drinks and water for your special day. We also offer the option of tailoring the napkin colors to coordinate with your bridal party! At Tran-Star Executive every detail matters. We can accommodate most everything that you request.

How much in advance do couples need to book their limos?

We typically suggest that couples reserve their vehicles 9-12 months prior to the big day. This will ensure that they receive the limo or specialty vehicle of their choice. Due to the volume of our fleet, we can accommodate most requests on short-term notice as well.

Tell us also about packages you offer for newlyweds that need to get to their airport.

We currently offer either complimentary one-way airport transportation to or from the airport or a return trip from the reception location to the hotel or other location with the bookings of two limousines or a 30-passenger limo bus.

All of our vehicles are fully licensed according to the NYC Taxi and Limousine Commission so we are able to accommodate any type of airport transportation you may need. We are also open 24 hours a day, seven days a week so no time is too late or too early – even on holidays.

How has wedding transportation and what couples look for and expect changed over the years?
