To earn that half star I can say that Mark has nice vehicles. That's it. I contacted his staff via email, website contact and phone. I never received a callback so I emailed Mark to let him know how bad this is for his business. He asked for the opportunity to make it right and I gave it to him. To not waste too many words explaining my dissatisfaction, I copied the pertinent parts of my letter to him. I am sure by now you have heard from the many employees I yelled at on Saturday night that I was not happy with the service. But even worse is that I told you my wife was hesitant to use you... and now I got a lifetime of "I Told You So" ahead. First off, when I negotiate with you to include all taxes and gratuities, you should let your drivers know that. Secondly, it did not seem like your drivers were informed of the instructions I provided. I had to explain the itinerary to them again to ensure it was right. I was in there on Monday and spent about 1/2 hour going over everything with Jay. I felt confident that we were all on the same page but apparently not. If these were the only problems, you guys would have still been OK in my book. The real screw up occurred with the shuttle. You, me, Jay, Ryan... Everyone was on the same page when we discussed the shuttle. It was going to make to trips from the hotel to the venue (first for the main group, second in case there was anyone that missed it). Then it was supposed to be stationed in front of the venue in case any guest wanted to go back early. At around 9:30pm, I was walking through the lobby and two of my guest said they weren't feeling good and that Giorgio's was getting a car to take them home. I told them there was a shuttle... they said they don't know where it was. I went outside, no shuttle in sight. I called your office and was told the driver was "waiting down the hill." How was anyone supposed to know that there was a shuttle waiting 1/4 mile out of sight down the hill? He was supposed to be OUTSIDE. He could have even told the valet guys that he was "down the hill" if anyone needed to go back. No one was informed. The two guest were sent home by Giorgio’s. When another set of guest wanted to leave early, it took over an hour for your driver to return. At the end of the night, the party ended at 12am. 50 guests huddled together in the cold wind and rain looking for their ride... no shuttle again. Called your office, yelled at someone there, called Stephen, the other limo driver who texted me... yelled at him. Needless to say, they waited outside for about 15-20 minutes before he showed up. I chose not to speak with your shuttle driver because I was already heated. Thankfully again, Nick from Giorgio's fired up his shuttle and had his guy take the wedding party back to the hotel... otherwise we would have been there all night. They spoiled the PERFECT GAME.

I had a wonderful experience with M&V. I had no trouble with them at all - the drivers were so nice, the cars were clean, and they arrived early. We even were provided with a limo to the airport the next day. The driver arrived early for that too. M&V was a pleasure to work with - I would recommend them to anyone.

M&V Limos were great. They were on time and the chauffers were very personable and nice. I would definately recommend them.

We had a great experience with M & V! we used them twice on our wedding weekend. 2 days prior we took our entire bridal party out to the wineries with their winery tour package. It was great! worth ever penny! We also used them the day of our wedding. They arrived early for both pickups. We used the 35 person bus. It was clean, and suited us very well. Bathroom wasn't the cleanest. But overall, great.
