wasn’t going to waste my time a leave a review, but here we go. 1. Poor communication- my wife set an itinerary with someone in the office 2 weeks prior to our wedding. Day of, they were 45 minutes late to pick up the groom and groomsmen. 2. We also paid $250 to add an hour, confirmed with the office staff and Darien. While we were at the Vanderbilt Museum, the driver had told us our time was up and that we have to pay him extra now. We asked to see his itinerary and it was completely wrong. We called the company to get this straightened out (on our wedding day) and we were placed on hold. A groomsman called as well while we were on hold and he was placed on hold. 3. Limo pulled over on the side of a 1 lane road to speak with us because he finally got through to the company. Darien wouldn’t speak to us; some other office person. Basically we had to repay the extra hour fee because the driver would not drive any further (pay or be stranded-great business practice) 4. After the wedding, it took over 3 weeks for Darien to contact us and respond to the plethora of phone calls and emails. He was very “apologetic” as they most as, saying “we’ve been in business for so long and we wouldn’t be in business unless we did good by our customers” etc. Long story short, there are many companies out there. Please pay attention to the bad reviews. We waited 6 months to write the review. After seeing other horrible reviews recently, we were inspired to help everyone else out. We aren’t hard to please, but it’s okay since this company doesn’t aim to please. Brides beware! P.S.- the bus driver for our shuttle left 50 of my guests stranded at the hotel, even though we paid >1000 dollars for it, said “they can Uber”.

We only needed a shuttle bus since everything was on site, but they were so accommodating and great with our guests! We had two shuttles leaving at the end of the night, we unfortunately had one couple who the husband got wine spilled on him and wanted to leave early. Even though it wasn't the time of the shuttle, the driver offered to take them back to the hotel rather than wait. Thank you M&V!

M&V Limo provided transportation for my wedding party and guests at my wedding in Montauk this summer. They were excellent in every way and the best wedding transportation provider I have ever had experience with. During the planning process they were very responsive, answered my questions, and made sure they had all the details of my required service. They were able to easily accommodate multiple pick-up and drop off points and offered good advice on scheduling the itinerary. The party bus for the wedding party arrived a full hour early for the pick-up. All of the drivers were courteous and knew where to go. The vehicles were all clean and ran well (surprising how often this is an issue for others). Although we weren't on the guest transportation, they were always where they needed to be on time and we didn't hear of any complaints about there service.

After a rocky start at my fiance's bachelor party, M & V MORE THAN redeemed themselves for our wedding! My fiance worked with the manager and he gave us a GREAT deal on a sprinter van for my girls and 2 coach buses for the guys and our guests. Their prices beat any other place we looked at! The vehicles were clean and the drivers were really prompt and professional. We were incredibly pleased with our choice to use M & V for our wedding and would recommend them to others!

Their prices are excellent! The drivers were super nice and prompt and everythng went smoothly that day. My disappointment was we were supposed to get the antique packard motor car for my dad and I to go in to the church and then my husband and I to the reception. however like, 2 days before the wedding they called to tell me that the packard car was having mechanical issues and would not be available, I was super disappointed because I had lived in the old packard motor car building in Philadelphia and was really looking forward to riding in one of the cars. They however made things right, sent a different antique car and took $100 off the bill. (We did have to ask for them to do that but they had no problem doing it)I would recommend them
