    We stayed at this hotel to be near the venue my son's wedding was at as well as to entertain or guests for a dinner the night before the wedding and a breakfast the day after I must say that the catering/banquet services and the staff were wonderful. They were very accommodating to me as mother of the groom in terms of helping me to plan menus, times and locations for our events. They were also able to have a bartender on duty after their usual closing time so that guests coming back from the wedding could gather and have a nightcap if they so wished. While they did charge us for this, we were happy to be able to do so They were also very accommodating in terms od allowing us to have an extra choice for our vegetarian friends who always have to settle for a pasta dish. While a pasta dish was one of our meal choices, the allowed me to substitute a different entree for two of my guests without charging extra or making a big deal of having this additional menu item The food for both the dinner and breakfast was also quite good and plentiful. Too, they were the only major hotel we could find in the area that had shuttle service to and from the wedding venue. Finally, they were accommodating in terms of settling a mix-up in room charges, easily cancelling a charge for a relative I wanted to pay for instead of having these relatives pay for themselves In terms of food and service, I would not hesitate to recommend this particular hotel. I am also happy to commend Ms Kimberly Millin, Social Sales Manager and Mr Arsalen (sp?) at the front desk for their helpfulness and pleasant, efficient manner in dealing with things

    We used this hotel for ourselves and our guests this past weekend. We had probably about 40 rooms of friends and family staying here for the weekend, used their shuttle service to get guests to the wedding, and hosted a brunch the next day in the hotel. Working with Four Points (especially Kimberly who was our contact from the start) was a pleasure. In the craziness of planning a wedding, it was such a relief to have a hotel that was so accommodating and easy to communicate with. Kimberly provided likely the best customer service I dealt with in all of my wedding planning. Arselan as the front office manager was also extremely helpful during our stay, and in general the staff there was very friendly. All in all it was a great weekend!

    I booked this hotel for my wedding that occurred on 8/27/17. I used Skipper to hold a block of 15 rooms. While booking with Skipper I ended up dealing with Kimberly Millin. She is amazing! She is so friendly and helpful. She checked in on me and asked about social media to help boost our wedding. I appreciated all of the detail in the work she did because I didn't have to worry about anything. She even sent us a congrats email the day after our wedding. Thank you Kimberly! The hotel itself was great. Each staff member I spoke to at the front desk and at the bar/restaurant were welcoming. They answered all questions I had or questions my friends had. I stayed there two nights, the night before my wedding and the night of my wedding. The room I booked for the night before was clean and had more than enough room to fit 3 girls. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom had space for all of our toiletries. The room I booked for the wedding night was amazing. Our venue had booked it but the hotel staff made it a memorable night. We had a suite and there was prosecco, ferrero rocher, a vase of red roses, and a heart in red rose petals on the king size bed. It was so romantic! They even had a lovely note for us. It was a sweet ending to the perfect day. So thank you Four Points by Sheraton staff for helping out on my big day and being so welcoming & helpful!!

    My husband and I had a great experience working with Kimberly and the sales staff at the Four Points Sheraton. They were so accommodating and made booking rooms and transporting our guests effortless. The facilities were beautiful and we had a wonderful stay!

    The service was amazing, all our guest loved their rooms. They provided a shuttle to and from the venue. I booked a suite for my daughter and my self. My guest were super happy that it was a pet friendly hotel. Kim was on point with anything and everything we needed.
