I don’t usually write reviews like this. In fact, some might call me “hard to please.” As a travel agent and event planner, I’ve stayed in some of the best hotel’s in the world, and executed an innumerable number of events. Despite high ratings or reputation, it’s almost impossible to work with a hotel and/or catering facility without any problems. However, at The Four Points by Sheraton, there were no problems! In fact, from check-in, to hosting 2 events, to check-our, the entire staff was extraordinary! This past weekend, I had a wedding room block, hosted a morning-after brunch and hosted a New Years Eve Party at this hotel. From the very beginning, Kimberly Millin was incredibly helpful with the planning process. She went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and requests. Her care and professionalism is unmatched by ANYONE I have EVER worked with at a hotel. She was in constant contact throughout the months of planning, and onsite to make sure every detail was executed perfectly! The front desk staff made check-in a quick and easy, and they courteously gave each person a wedding welcome bag. They helped with anything that was asked of them, including directing deliveries and even printing from the computer. The rooms were clean and spacious and nicely decorated. As a frequent traveler, I always carefully inspect the bathroom’s cleanliness, especially the tub and shower. The tub was so clean that I actually took a bath, which has only happened 2 other times (at a hotel) in 24 years! The Banquet Manager, Hernan, and catering staff, Elizabeth and Gabriel, were nothing short of extraordinary! They worked all day and night, from the 10:00am brunch to the New Years party which ended at 1:00am. They set up, helped decorate, cleaned up and served with perfection! They tended to every detail and accommodated every request. They, too, went above and beyond, solving issues before we even knew they existed! I can sincerely write pages, praising each detail that made the entire weekend so wonderful. Instead, I’ll sum it up with this: as a perfectionist, they exceeded my expectations in every way! I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to working together in the future!

We were married at Coindre Hall in July 2018 and used the Four Points Sheraton for our guest hotel block. Everything was great! From the start, the Four Points Sheraton was prompt with communication. Their rate is fair (especially compared to other local hotels). They let us drop off our guest welcome bags extra early. We also hosted a breakfast and after party at the hotel. Service was good and the food was tasty. Some of our guests enjoyed the pool and gym during their stay. We found the rooms to be spacious and clean. The suite was great for getting ready the morning of our wedding and the extra touches the night of our wedding (roses, chocolate, champagne!) were a sweet surprise. I highly recommend this hotel for any wedding blocks!!

Had my guests stay at Four Points for our wedding two weeks ago and it was an excellent decision, and have so many great things to say! I dealt with Kim Millin (she's the BEST!), manager, and Mary, and they were both very accommodating and were there to answer any questions I had. Kim, the manager, offered my husband and I a GREAT deal for our suite for two nights, and most importantly, my guests were taken care of. They both worked with us to provide a shuttle (we were short 3 rooms for room block) to our guests to and from our wedding venue which was a huge plus. I HIGHLY recommend for anyone looking for a hotel for their event(s). Will definitely have my guests stay here again!

We stayed here this past weekend for our wedding. We had a wedding block as well. Kim was absolutely incredible through the whole process. If I needed more rooms or to set up the breakfast the next morning Kim was there to answer all my questions. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast the next morning was great too! Definitely would recommend to anyone.

Excellent treatment from Hotel Staff. Booked a block of rooms for my son's wedding . Wedding was not at Hotel but this was a recommended hotel from the venue. Everybody was very happy Rooms were ready when promised. Also had a breakfast the following morning for approx. 85-90 guests, Room was set up very nicely. Everything was as promised. I had an optional omelet station and waffle station which was very nice. Food was hot and plentiful Never had to look for staff to fill anything as they were right on top of things. I would highly recommend this Hotel
