James Cress provided me with the most beautiful bouquets, centerpieces, and various arrangements and add-ons. I consulted with Gary and from the moment me and my fiance met him, we felt so comfortable. He is such a straight-up guy. He tells you from the beginning what you will get and how much it will cost and sticks to that price pretty well. Everyone raved about the flowers and the arrangements at the wedding because they were absolutely breath-taking. I told Gary what I had in mind for flowers and showed him a couple of pictures from Pinterest that I liked and he came out with an arrangement of flowers that looked EXACTLY like the picture i had envisioned in my head. It was like he read my mind. He was so sweet and so professional. I felt so comfortable with him and am so amazed at the work him and his staff did to make these flowers as stunning as they were. Gary was hands down the best vendor I worked while planning my wedding at The Plaza Hotel in NYC! He was amazing from start to finish. His enthusiasm was unmatched & it was a pleasure to work with someone as excited about my wedding as I was. He captured the vision I had on the first try and I'm still receiving compliments from guests about the ceremony room & centerpieces for the reception. We worked with Gary and told him of our vision for our wedding. He gave us feedback and gave us great ideas. At that point, we told him to go with what he thought would work best. So glad we did. He created the most beautiful floral arrangements. The mix was just what I had envisioned for my wedding - warm fall colors and fall flowers. They really gave me a new appreciation for flowers. Gary Cress is the best to work with!! whatever i wanted he made happen for my budget, we changed flowers around to make things work for my needs i wants! .. i told him i wanted BIG and BIG is what I got! the flowers were outstanding and the designers got what i wanted and what my image was. My wedding was on September 28th 2014 and James Cress did our flowers.. and all I can say they are absolutely the best florist out there . planning a wedding is stressful as it is and Gary and Andrea had made the whole experience an absolute pleasure and they had gone beyond to make sure all our our wishes and dreams some true. They had worked with me and my husband thru the entire process to ensure all the flowers are not only beautiful but also match our decor and wedding venues. All of our guests complimented all the centerpieces and table decor, which consisted of tall red flowers centerpieces sitting on top of glass cylinders filled with red flowers and glass cylinders with floating candles.. Gary and his team managed to make my dream of a room filled with glittering candles surrounded by red flowers on a black and silver black background come true.. it was truly magical.. I could write a 100 reviews to explain the amount of detail and hard work that they put into our wedding and spend days trying to thank them.. they really are true professionals and I would recommend them to anyone who wants a florist and event decorator who is not only professional but also creative. They are absolute pleasure to work with.. professionals.. creative.. friendly people who love what they do and care enough to ensure people's weddings/ event are their dreams come true!!! Most importantly they make it easy and a fun process.
