2/25/2017 Dealing with Bobby was a fabulous experience . His creativity with mine worked . He listened to what I wanted for my daughters wedding and executed it perfectly . Thank you Martin for doing an excellent job and thank you Spitz and Peck for a job well executed. Sheree Mancuso

We delt with the most ignorant "sales guy" - John who was extrimly cocky but since they are the best rated, I ignored it (first mistake) All images I sent over were completely disregarded and he mentione during literally our last meeting weeks before the wedding that he was not planning to be there but his "guys" knew what they were doing and will make it work per my requests. I had a bad feeling which I chose to ignore (second mistake) And all the following issues during MY perfect day: 1 - floral arrangements were not in the bridal suite as promised and stayed in the contract 2 - floral arrangements / peonies as requests were not on the cake since they were never provided to the chef as stated on contract 3 - the bouquets were suppose to have mainly peonies but there were only a couple since it was mainly white roses 4 - petals were not put down the aisle 5 - runner was not proportional size therefore runner roll was left in the end of the aisle very visible to all 6 - the runner was based on cloth material and with wind was basically flying as I was walking down the aisle. In the result, I ended up tripping as I was walking to my husband!! 7 - I provided a picture of how table runners should look like on the tables. They were laid out side by side... I noticed it while I was being photographed with my husband and had to stop and leave to coordinate the change before guests arrived. 8 - We agreed to have an arch behind the reverend for us to stand in front of, instead we had two columns of straight vertical sticks you display in Halloween 9 - we agreed to have the floating candles at the end of each row during the ceremony but there were only 3 arrangements on each side while having 4 rows on each side. Some were cracked glass 10 - lanterns were available to take and put around the tent inside but your guys neglected to do so leaving the tent very bland and empty PS... they will interrupt your day in the middle for gratitude

We celebrated our daughter’s wedding this past September 12th. The venue we chose was the Royalton at Roslyn C.C. On Long Island. They require you to chose from only 2 vendors for flowers, which we were not thrilled about initially. After meeting with Bobby Holland we decided to go with Dalsimer Spitz and Peck. I can honestly say that they did the most spectacular job! Everything was outstanding- from the archway and lanterns (we had an outdoor ceremony) to the stunning table centerpieces and breathtaking hallway entrance ensemble. Everywhere you looked the candles and flowers gave the mansion a look of elegance. Bob Holland was so great to work with. We met several times, tweaked each arrangement to perfection and everything he promised was delivered and much more. He answered all our concerns and gave us a memorable affair. Our guests are still raving about the wedding and the magnificent flowers. A special thank you goes to Bo son Brian and his crew for their great work at the Royalton making our daughters day a dream. If you need a florist, look no further than Dalsimer Spitz and Peck. You will be glad you did!
