I must report that the job done did not meet expectations. Some elements were perfect while others were not what we discussed or entirely missing, breaching the negotiated contract. The only thing I was really happy with were the centerpieces. For the church, I had asked for the pew to have tulle. There was no tulle. Instead there were plastic bows. The wrap from my bouquet unraveled 15 minutes in to my church service, so much so that the priest had to help me put it back together. The maid of honor and flower girl bouquets also had the wrap unravel by the end of the church service. At the hall, the escort table was mediocre. It was a small vase. There were no loose greens or flowers on the passing trays and culinary displays for our cocktail space. There was no flowers in the ladies' powder room. The cake decor was awful. There were 5-8 flowers stuck randomly on 1-2 tiers of our 5 tier cake. It looked like a child had done it. It looked so bad that we pulled them off and our maitre d' redid it himself. Additionally the feedback I received from the maitre d' was again that your staff seemed confused and unclear of what needed to be done. After conveying my dissatisfaction I was told someone would look in to it and get back to me. After reaching out via one phone call and 2 emails, I still have no response.

Every flower arrangement was fresh, full and lush - and far exceeded our expectations. Working with Steven Dalsimer was so easy, and he had such wonderful ideas, while keeping us within our budget.

I knew the exact look that I wanted for my wedding flowers and they made it happen. They made suggestions to improve upon my ideas and everything looked absolutely beautiful.

I used this florist for my wedding at a Long Island Vineyard venue. The design process and the managements response time was great! They were a bit pricey, but my flowers were beautiful. I worked with them very closely to get what I wanted. They did a huppah for me along with 11 table arrangements, a bridal table arrangement and bouquets for the bridal party. What I would recommend for other brides is to order less table arrangements than you will need the day of and add to that after you get your final headcount. The reason I say this is because I wasted hundreds of dollars because I initially ordered 11 tables but after I got my response cards I noticed I only needed 9. I had already paid so I was SOL. Richie was the designer who was on site for my wedding. He was great and completed his work on time. I chose to send them pictures for their website of my venue as a Thank you and a tip. I did this for two reasons: 1. My package ended up being $730 over my budget because they have to add tax and the price for their truck; 2. They told me on the invoice that 6% gratuity was recommended (if you do the math thats about $345 tip) thats crazy to ask for that! Overall, a great florist.
