Terrible experience during wedding reception as they ran out of food during serving dinner even after booking for 400+ people 3+ months in advance. They also stopped serving appetizers long before the event had started which resulted in the bride and grooms' parents who were busy welcoming guests and greet them to go hungry. Will never recommend this banquet to any family or friends.

I had my wedding last week at Royal Palm. It was great. The staff are very friendly, great hospitality. Tahiya is a very dedicated , patient person who will make your wedding planning go smoothly. The food was greeeaaaaat! They gave a us a complementary 100%halal wine and champagne since I am Muslim, the food was 100% Halal. All staff were amazing. The hall was clean and well maintained. I will DEFINITELY recommend this place for weddings or any other special occasion. Thank you

I had my wedding at the Royal Palm and it was flawless. If your stressed out and are still looking for a venue, do yourself a favor call Amanda right away and book the Royal Palm. We could not be happier with the job she did. Our photographer/videographer Helen Davidson was incredible. Helen not only made us feel at ease the day of our wedding but took the time to plan every aspect of all photos. We CAN NOT say enough great things about Helen and her team. I have been to many weddings and I have never seen a photographer/videographer care as much about the couple as Helen did. IF YOU WANT YOUR DAY TO BE PERFECT YOU SHOULD ABSOLUTELY CHOOSE HELEN DAVIDSON! Our wedding was perfection! . She listened to what I was envisioning, and really made sure that our wedding day was beautiful and perfect! Our guests RAVED about the food for days. Amanda/ Helen will make the planning process so much easier. BOOKING AT THE ROYAL PALM WAS THE BEST WEDDING DECISION WE MADE!!

Let me tell you! Service was impeccable. From planning and continuing right through to the end of the 60th surprise party for my husband. Karla is an amazing person and event planner. Always available to answer any concerns you may have no matter what time or day. Mike, our matre d was awesome. Very attentive and helpful and kept the flow going. The entire staff kept our tables cleaned and drinks flowing with smiles on their faces! The food was simply amazing. You will be VERY HAPPY and PLEASED to have your event here!!!
