Our cake was simple but absolutely beautiful. Fresh and tasty. My husband and myself sat with the owner. He handed us an iPad so we could look through the photos of cakes they had done. I also had googled wedding cakes so we went in having an idea of what we wanted. When we got to the venue the bridal attendant brought us into the room to check out the place. Of course the cake caught my eye and I had to go see. It was absolutely amazing, exactly what we asked for. Oh yeah. I forgot the best part. The cake tasting. You get to fill your face with cake and fillings. Mmmmm

La Bonne Boulangerie was very helpful when picking out a cake. Even though we were getting a standard cake I still wanted to have a tasting (was always looking forward to it!), we had a tasting at one of their small back tables and was able to enjoy ourselves. We picked out one of their standard cakes and tweaked it a little to fit our style. Looking at the standard cakes they are mostly outdated, but if you find one like I did that could be tweaked a little and they have no problem doing so then its fine! I would definitely recommend this bakery to a friend for any event :)
