We found them online and then went twice to the bakery to do tastings and finalize design. I am from Texas and the wedding was in Amagansett in the Hamptons. We wanted a grooms cake (chocolate with bananas) and a white wedding cake. Both were beyond my expectations. For a reception of 250 they really rose to the occasion. Both were delicious and the lace design on the bride's cake matched her dress!

Amazing!!!!!!! The cake and pastries were so good!!!! The Italian uncles were so impressed by the quality of everything!

What a great experience! I met with Corey with a photo I'd seen off of Pinterest of the wedding cake my now husband and I wanted. The cake fit our nautical themed wedding, however, we wanted a different type of filling, Funfetti! Corey said no problem! All of our guests LOVED the cake! It was absolutely gorgeous and tasted amazing! My husband kept asking for more pieces, he had 4 in all. Our guests are still raving about our cake and I am so grateful for the easy, non stressful experience Corey and La Bonne provided for our big day! Will definitely order specialty cakes from them in the future!

Our wedding cake was going to be the focal point of our candy bar, situated right the middle of the table. We has a damask theme and chose a cake that they have done before with damask and quilted patterns on it. Very pretty. The cake we received was a completely different design. I spoke to Lisa about certain changes I wanted to make with their design and she completely understood everything. Thee cake itself was delicious (vanilla with cannoli cream), we just did not receive the design we ordered. Lisa and Corey were very professional about handling this issue and refunded us back a portion of the cake price which we were happy about. Very disappointing, especially since I know they have such a good reputation, but at least they handled it well and attempted to rectify the situation as best as possible.

La Bonne Boulangerie is a great bakery. We have been patrons of this place for a while and have quickly realized the superior quality of their produce. Our cake was a traditionally made red velvet cake (with real beets!!!). It was delicious and moist. The filling was generous and the decoration of the cake was perfect. We got everything we expected and are very happy to have chosen La Bonne Boulangerie for our cake. The owner, Corey, met with us prior of the event to help us choose the best option. He listened and quickly was able to address our desires. The whole experience surpassed our expectations.
