I loved my salon. My sister-in-law used it right after me. The women there are very nice and will help you with everything.

The only thing I absolutely loved was my dress!! The women who worked there were very helpful.;First of all the owner was a terrible example of customer service. She took my file home many times, so when I got there they had no idea what I was there for. My dress was ordered incorrectly (the owner does the ordering) My dress arrived weeks after it was supposed to..giving me only one chance for a fitting...the week before my wedding. Then when I came to get my dress the day before my wedding, it wasn't ready yet, I had to cme back a second time later that night...luckily it was ready by then!

I highly recommend you check them out if you are looking for a gown on Long Island. I ordered my dress from Fantasia bridal for my wedding last July. I was able to make an appointment with short notice, they were very accommodating. I was the only bride trying on dresses during my appointment, so i had the consultants full attention. The seamstress was also there and she was wonderful. They ordered me the perfect size dress...the only alterations i needed were to the length. Dress came in quickly, went for one fitting, then my final fitting and the dress looked and fit perfect. I've heard so many disaster stories and was so thrilled and relieved, I did not have any stress with my bridal gown. The service at Fantasia was fantastic and the prices were very fair!

There was no question where I was going to take my dress once I purchased it. The ladies at Fantasia were amazing. They made me feel so special and offered HONEST advice - which is crucial. They weren't trying to just sell you on anything & tell you what you want to hear. They want you to look good & feel confident - and I did! The seamstress did an excellent job with my bustle. I had pick-ups all over & she made it look so natural and it was easy to wear. Thank you ladies!!

I didnt really find my dress, they did. It was a year before the big day and I was confused about which dress I liked. Well after thirty dresses at four different shops i found myself back at Fantasia. One of the attendants out of no where says," Oh we have this new dress in, its not pressed yet though." I wanted to see it so she brought it in. The darn thing still had cardboard on the flowers. I loved it anyway. From the moment I purchased the dress to the moment I went home with it a year later, I LOVED it. If it weren't for them I might have chosen another dress that I wouldn't have loved as much as I did this one.
